How We Started
American Soak tanks was founded in 1997 as EX3 Companies. EX3 companies was a warewash and soak tank company. in 2012 EX3 was sold to Prime Chemical Solutions. Prime Chemical Solutions is great at warewash and not so great at soak tanks. In 2022 it was decided to sell the soak tank business to two Prime Chemical associates who are excited to deliver high quality service and grow the business.
